On November 3, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Masis Mayilian, who is on a short working visit in the capital of Russia, Moscow, as well as Minister of Culture, Youth Affairs and Tourism Lernik Hovhannisyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vardan Toghanyan attended the exhibition of Artsakh artists and the concert of ‘VELANS’ choir from Stepanakert.

On November 4, in the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh, Artsakh Foreign Minister Masis Mayilian met with leaders and representatives of a number of Russian expert and academic Centers.
