On 25 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at an exhibition dedicated to the 150th birthday anniversary of Hovhannes Toumanyan held at the Stepanakert Center of Children and Youth Creativity.

On 25 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring honorary title of the NKR Honored Lawyer to the member of the Council of the Artsakh Republic Advocates' Chamber Shoura Ohanyan for the long-term fruitful work in the judiciary system and in connection with the 70th birthday anniversary.
