On 14 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present in the town of Shoushi at the ceremony of opening the Armenian-Iranian Scientific-Cultural Center.
On October 12, Ashot Ghoulyan, President of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly met with Romanian MP Varuzhan Voskanyan and Vice President of the Union of Armenians of Romania, Zareh Nazaryan, who are in Artsakh within the framework of the "Cooperation for the Sake of Peace and Justice" forum.
On 14 October President Bako Sahakyan convened a working consultation with senior staff of the Artsakh Republic foreign ministry's central apparatus and permanent representatives of the country abroad.
