Zhirayr Mirzoyan released from the position of interim Minister of Justice
On December 15, President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on releasing Zhirayr Mirzoyan from the position of interim Minister of Justice of the Artsakh Republic.
The responsibilities of the minister of Justice were temporarily assigned to first deputy minister Kamo Kocharyan.
