THE WORKS ARE MOSTLY COMPLETED
Nor Cilicia (New Cilicia) settlement is located near the Martakert region’s Kichan and Nor Ghazanchi (New Ghazanchi) villages.
At the initiative and under the funding of the Great House of Cilicia, the second stage of the settlement building is underway.
The construction works in 20-apartment Cilicia started in 2013. Currently, they are mostly completed. Basically, works are underway on the apartments' furnishing, the roads' improvement, and power supply. New water-supply systems are installed. On completing the construction works, the settlement will be fully supplied with water.
According to the NKR Ministry of Urban Development, eight contractor-companies operate at the construction site.
The settlement is planned to be put into operation this year.
The apartments will be distributed by the NKR Government's housing committee.
