150 NEW APARTMENTS IN NOVEMBER

"AzatArtsakh" today, on June 16, visited two of the residential construction sites in different parts of the capital Stepanakert.
The construction works in the new district on Tumanyan Street have already been completed, and interior and exterior finishing works are underway.
KomitasHarutyunyan, the work superintendentof "Caravan" LLC, which is carrying out the construction, informed that 10 of the 13 planned buildings with 150 apartments will be ready in November of this year. According to Harutyunyan, it is planned to build a kindergarten, parks, pumping stations in the district, as well as a parking lot.
The improvement of the general area of the district has not started yet, as the project is not ready yet.
Preparations for the foundation of an apartment building under construction at the Street of VardanMamikonyan21 in the capital are almost complete. According to NairiSargsyan, the work superintendent of "Armat Construction" CJSC, 134 tons of fittings were used only for the preparation. Sargsyan informed that the building will have 171 apartments, 2 of the planned 16 floors will be below the ground surface,one of the floors will serve as a safety zone, the other as a parking lot. Construction is expected to be completed in 32 months.
