According to the instruction of the President of the Artsakh Republic, the executive power has been dealing with housing construction issues for several months.
On October 25, the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Market and Consumer Interests of the Ministry of Economy and Industrial Infrastructures of the Artsakh Republic convened a meeting with representatives of economic entities to brief on the functions and problems of the Inspectorate.
The Ministry of Agriculture has started radical changes in the cattle-breeding sphere. The new programs are aimed, on the one hand, at the restoration of the old traditions, and on the other hand - at the use of new and modern approaches.

Due to the economic policy conducted in the NKR for the last 10 years, stable economic growth has been ensured, the average annual growth amounting to about 10%, as informed by NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan at a joint meeting of the RA and NKR Governments, while briefing on the rate of social-economic development in the NKR in 2006-2015.
During a joint meeting of representatives of the Governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated that Armenia should take advantage of the intensive development of the NKR, as in the energy sphere the NKR is not only self-sufficient, but has also a surplus.
Armenia’s prime minister on Saturday proposed an active energy cooperation plan with the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic to make the use of energy supplies more effective and target-oriented.
